Must hold a valid Texas license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist) and bring expertise in culturally competent care, crisis intervention, and collaborative, evidence-based therapy for individuals, families, and groups.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current Texas license as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist.
• Knowledge of mental health disorders and culturally competent counseling.
• Experience delivering therapy to diverse populations and crisis intervention.

Responsabilités

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff for holistic care.
• Deliver crisis intervention and educate patients and families about conditions and resources.
• Document sessions and assessments accurately per legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in case conferences and ongoing cultural competency training.
