Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a skilled Unified Communications Engineer to design, deploy, and support Webex Calling solutions, including UCMC. You will manage CUCM, CUBE, and related voice gateways, coordinating across teams during incidents to ensure fast resolutions.

You will also integrate UC platforms with directory services and SSO, while contributing to capacity planning and vulnerability management within enterprise environments. Remote-first role with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Unified Communications, VoIP, or cloud calling environments
• Hands-on expertise in Webex Calling and Cisco UCMC
• Strong knowledge of CUCM, CUBE, and voice gateway technologies
• Experience with cloud provisioning, onboarding, and integration with directory services
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for coordinating cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Webex Calling solutions including DI/MT/OT offerings and UCMC
• Manage and optimize CUCM, CUBE, and voice gateway technologies and dial plans
• Lead cross-functional teams during outages and incidents to drive rapid resolution
• Integrate UC platforms with directory services and SSO for secure provisioning
• Support capacity planning, device lifecycle, and vulnerability management
