SaviLinx is seeking a Customer Service Representative II (Phones) who is fluent in Haitian Creole and English to support a remote contract. You will handle calls, emails, and chats with a focus on accuracy, privacy, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service, a high school diploma (college preferred), and the ability to work M-F 8-5 with flexible hours. Remote work and performance pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Haitian Creole and English with strong written and verbal communication.
• 2+ years of college preferred; high school diploma required.
• 2+ years of contact center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service in a call center/help desk environment.
• Handle eligibility inquiries and various lines of business in Haitian Creole and English.
• Meet SLA and quality metrics and ensure first call resolution.
