Job summary

SaviLinx is seeking a Customer Service Representative II (Phones) who is fluent in Spanish and English to support a remote contract. You will handle calls and emails, address eligibility inquiries, and strive for first-call resolution while maintaining confidentiality and privacy.

The role requires strong time management, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate multiple screens and CRM systems. Domestic travel is not required, and on-site mailroom tasks may occur occasionally.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English with excellent verbal and written communication.
• 2+ years of contact center or customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to work flexible full-time hours.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate claims and inquiries in English and Spanish.
• Provide superior customer service in a call center environment.
• Meet SLA and quality metrics.
• Ensure first-call resolution.
• Document customer information in CRM.
• Mentoring and training others as needed.
• Occasional on-site work in our mailroom.
