Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Haitian Creole
• Based in US
• Minimum 3 years interpretation experience
• Excellent listening, retention and note-taking skills
• Ability to render concepts per interpretation protocols
• Ability to explain cultural concepts when needed

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally, following interpreter’s code of conduct
• Be familiar with industry vocabulary, especially healthcare terminology
• Participate in internal professional training
• Communicate and report to team leader
