Job summary

S&S Activewear, LLC is seeking energetic CSR professionals in Puerto Rico. You will provide friendly customer service, handle calls, process orders, and help customers with questions about products and programs.

Training will cover all Microsoft Office tools and company products to ensure excellent support. Ideal candidates are bilingual (English/Spanish), detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of multi-tasking while meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient or above in Microsoft Office.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Data-driven with strong accountability and urgency.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) fluent in both written and verbal forms.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process transactions and educate customers on products and services via telephone.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and establish positive rapports with customers.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for product knowledge and website navigation.
• Meet department KPIs, deadlines and goals, and adhere to schedule based on forecasted volumes.
• Support team with additional duties as assigned by management.
