Spade Partners seeks a motivated, client-focused professional for a fully remote, full-time role. You will manage scheduled appointments, explain benefit options, answer questions, and provide ongoing enrollment support for members and families.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly, enjoy helping people, and are comfortable using computers and virtual platforms. Training, coaching, and performance-based advancement are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or other people-focused environments can be helpful, but no prior experience is required.
• Must be able to complete a routine background check.
• Comfortable working with computers and virtual platforms.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Connect with members who have requested benefit information.
• Coordinate and complete scheduled virtual appointments.
• Explain program details and answer client questions.
• Provide ongoing support throughout enrollment.
• Maintain organized records and appointment information.
• Build ongoing professional relationships with clients.
• Participate in virtual training, coaching, and development.
• Work toward individual and team performance objectives.
