TEKsystems is seeking a REMOTE bilingual French Customer Service Agent for a Financial Services client. You will handle auto leases and loans related to insurance, gather information, and call customers on behalf of insurers to resolve issues. All calls are informational, not sales or collections.

Position is Contract to Hire based out of Albany, NY with a fully remote work setup. Training lasts 3 weeks with a performance assessment to transition to the shift; pay is $16.00 per hour and benefits

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Bilingual in French required.
• Type at least 30 WPM.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• No more than 2 jobs in 3 years.

We have a third party Financial Services client that is seeking a REMOTE Bilingual French Customer Service Agent.

Customer Service Representatives will be calling on auto leases and loans to customers who have inefficiencies in their insurance. This could be due to it being cancelled, missing a payment, something missing in the document, etc. The customer service rep will be calling the customer on behalf of the insurance (Capital One, GM, BMW, Audi, Credit Unions, etc.) to gather more information. Overall, they are assisting customers with problem resolutions to make sure all insurance requirements are met

All informative calls, not sales or collections

Daily Duties:

• Verify insurance with agents (for example if a deduction is too high).
• Upload information to company's internal website.
• Leave scripted messages when insurance agents don't answer the phone (based on client approved messages).

Shift:

2 x French Tuesday-Friday 10:30-7pm CST and Saturdays 7-4pm CST

French- 10:30-7:00M-F

Training: First 3 weeks 8:30-5, they will go through class room training, shadowing, and handling calls with people listening in. There will be an assessment at the end of week 3 that will need to be passed at 80% in order to transition to the offered shift. If you do not pass, you will have one more week to clear the assessment or the assignment will be terminated.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
