Job summary

SolvOne is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to support our 24/7 customer service and dispatch operation for customers in the fueling industry. CSRs answer calls, document problems, create service cases, and coordinate dispatch of qualified contractors.

This fast-paced contact center role is performed from home with a set schedule, company-provided equipment, paid remote training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependability and punctuality.
• Comfortable learning new software, procedures, and petroleum terminology.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide professional customer service.
• Gather accurate information and document maintenance issues.
• Create and update service cases.
• Contact and dispatch contractors to customer locations.
• Coordinate information between customers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Follow established procedures and on-screen instructions.
• Learn and use multiple software systems and petroleum-industry terminology.
• Prioritize requests and manage multiple details accurately.
