SolvOne, LLC is a remote-first employer providing 24/7 customer service and dispatch support for fueling-industry clients. This fast-paced role is performed from home, handling incoming calls, documenting issues, creating service cases, and coordinating contractor dispatches to customer sites.

You will work a set schedule with a company-provided computer, paid remote training, and access to benefits and advancement opportunities as you help customers and internal teams resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service-related experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependability and punctuality
• Good organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Ability to problem-solve and prioritize
• Comfortable learning new software, procedures, and terminology
• Basic proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internet navigation
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide professional customer service
• Gather accurate information and document maintenance issues
• Create and update service cases
• Contact and dispatch contractors to customer locations
• Coordinate information between customers, contractors, and internal teams
• Follow established procedures and on-screen instructions
• Learn and use multiple software systems and petroleum-industry terminology
