Job summary

SolvOne is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to support our 24/7 customer service and dispatch operation in the fueling industry. You will answer calls, document problems, create service cases, and coordinate dispatch of qualified contractors from a home-based workspace.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Appleton within the Wisconsin hiring area.
• At least 1 year of customer service-related experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependability and punctuality.
• Good organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to problem-solve and prioritize.
• Comfortable learning new software, procedures, and terminology.
• Basic proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internet navigation.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide professional customer service.
• Gather accurate information and document maintenance issues.
• Create and update service cases.
• Contact and dispatch contractors to customer locations.
• Coordinate information between customers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Follow established procedures and on-screen instructions.
• Learn and use multiple software systems and petroleum-industry terminology.
• Prioritize requests and manage multiple details accurately.
