TaxWallet Inc. is seeking a remote, US-based Customer Success professional to onboard new offices, train teams, and ensure smooth go-live ahead of peak periods.

You will drive adoption and retention across the customer book, and translate customer needs back into product and operations. Strong communication and SaaS/fintech experience are essential, with English/Spanish bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer success or account management experience in SaaS/fintech.
• Strong communicator who can teach a workflow and build trust fast.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new offices and configure tenants, train teams, and get offices live.
• Own onboarding and ensure offices are set up before peak season.
• Drive adoption and retention across the offices you support.
• Be the voice of the customer back into product and operations.
