Job summary

Hearth is seeking a results-driven Customer Success Manager to lead onboarding and drive renewal outcomes for customers. You will guide new users through the onboarding journey, helping them achieve their goals with our platform and reducing churn through proactive engagement.

In this remote role based in Latin America, you will collaborate with sales, support, and product teams, track progress in Salesforce, and push for continuous improvement of the onboarding experience to maximize customer

Qualifications

• Background in sales and customer success or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and nurture long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers within the first 60 days to guide onboarding.
• Drive activation and adoption using onboarding benchmarks and checklists.
• Provide proactive, personalized guidance and troubleshoot issues with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain Salesforce records of ICP interactions and progress.
• Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to improve onboarding processes.
• Support renewal activities and reduce churn by fostering customer success.
