Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Customer Success professional to manage the DACH customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal in a fully remote role. You will improve CS processes, set up the infrastructure, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Product to align on customer needs and company strategy.

You will act as the primary contact for customers, drive them to business outcomes on their timelines, and contribute to knowledge base content.

Qualifications

• English (fluent) and German (C2) are required.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ideally 1+ years in CS/customer experience/account management at a high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Experience with cross-functional teams (Sales, Support, Engineering, Product).
• Energetic and comfortable with remote culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer lifecycle from day 1 through renewal.
• Improve our CS processes and set up infrastructure (tools, processes, ways of working).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Product.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and drive business outcomes on their timelines.
• Write and update knowledge base content and educational materials.
