Job summary

Chart Industries is seeking an independent, results-driven field service technician for cryogenic equipment. You will perform service, training and technical support across a variety of cryogenic applications, with extensive travel to customer sites (approximately 80% to 100%).

The role requires T I G welding and mechanical maintenance experience, strong communication, and the ability to read electrical/plumbing schematics for on-site commissioning and servicing.

Qualifications

• Tig welding experience required.
• Mechanical maintenance experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and quality service to customers by phone or on-site visits.
• Read and understand electrical and plumbing schematics; troubleshoot control systems.
• Weld using MIG and/or TIG in field conditions; install equipment including tanks, pipes, vaporizers, etc.
• Maintain tools and test equipment; prepare service reports.
