Caribbean and Cruise Experience is seeking a Remote Entry-Level Cruise Coordinator to support clients in planning and coordinating cruise travel experiences. You will research options, prepare quotes, and organize itineraries from a dedicated remote workspace.

You will communicate with clients, gather preferences, answer inquiries, and provide timely updates throughout the booking process, with training provided for travel coordination in the hospitality industry.

Qualificações

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
• Experience in customer service or travel is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Research cruise lines, itineraries, accommodations, and onboard experiences.
• Prepare and organize travel quotes, proposals, and cruise itineraries.
• Communicate with clients to gather travel details and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with travel partners and vendors to confirm reservations.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Ensure all booking details are complete and up to date.
