Responsibilities

• Research destinations, hotels, resorts, attractions, tours, and other tourism experiences.
• Assist clients with comparing travel and hospitality options based on their needs, interests, and budgets.
• Prepare and organize travel quotes, proposals, reservation details, and itineraries.
• Communicate professionally with clients to gather travel preferences and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with hotels, resorts, tourism providers, and travel partners to confirm arrangements.
• Assist with accommodations, transportation, activities, and other itinerary components when requested.
• Maintain accurate client records, reservation information, and travel documentation.
• Provide professional and timely customer service throughout the travel planning process.
