• Ability to manage multiple quotes and client details.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand destinations, style, budget, dates, group size, and must-haves.
• Recommend cruise line, ship, itinerary, stateroom, dining package, shore excursions, and add-ons.
• Turn inquiries into confirmed vacations via email, chat, and phone with a client-first approach.
• Explain options including cabins, deposits, payment plans, travel protection, and port requirements.
• Handle bookings, special requests, changes, payments, upgrades, and pre-cruise questions.
• Resolve concerns quickly, supporting clients from quote to embarkation and return home.
• Share insights on family sailings, romantic itineraries, ports, and promotions.
• Build post-booking relationships for repeat sailings, referrals, and reviews.
