You’ll document processes, hand off ownership with durable metrics, and support company-wide cadences with clear, data-informed recommendations.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years post-undergrad in management consulting/corporate strategy or business operations.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience delivering multi-stakeholder initiatives with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional programs spanning multiple teams and end states.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, and GTM leaders.
• Analyze and document program decisions using Lob's data stack and AI tools.
• Deliver executive reviews and status updates with clear recommendations.
• Document handoffs to permanent owners with lasting metrics.
• Support operating cadences like QBRs and leadership offsites.
