Job summary

Syngenta Crop Protection seeks a Crop Protection Sales Representative for the South Dakota territory. You will be part of a high-performing District Sales team, driving profitable growth and a sustainable market position for Syngenta.

The role emphasizes developing relationships with channel partners, managing budgets, and coordinating with agronomy. Extensive travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Marketing, or Science.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in agronomy, farm, and/or retail within crop protection or seed industries.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of weeks.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales, profit, and market share targets with channel partners and customers in the district.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the territory.
• Lead annual business plans with channel partners to influence end-user demand.
• Partner with Seed Care and AgriEdge Specialists to develop territory opportunities.
• Create demand and ensure customers are informed about Syngenta products.
