Syngenta Group in the United States seeks a Crop Protection Sales Representative for Western Pennsylvania and Western New York, with Rochester, NY as a preferred location. You will join a high-performing district sales team to drive profitable growth and promote Syngenta crop protection solutions.

This role emphasizes building trusted relationships with customers, leading business plans, and collaborating across specialists to create territory opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Marketing, and/or Science or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of agronomy, farm, or retail experience in crop protection or seeds.
• Up to 75% weekly travel within the territory is required.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship from Syngenta.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales, profit, and market share targets with channel partners and customers in the district.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the territory.
• Lead annual business plans with channel partners and retail accounts.
• Collaborate with Seed Care and AgriEdge Specialists to create territory opportunities.
• Create demand and inform customers about Syngenta products and solutions.
• Manage trade shows, tours, and product launches for crop protection in the territory.
• Act as steward of the Syngenta portfolio, handling issues with Agronomy as needed.
