Syngenta Crop Protection is hiring a Crop Protection Sales Representative for the South Dakota territory. You will be part of a high‑performing district sales team, driving profitable growth and elevating Syngenta's market position in the region.

The role requires up to 75% travel within territory, strong agronomy knowledge, and excellent communication to build trusted customer relationships and implement annual business plans with channel partners and retail accounts.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of agronomy, farm, and/or retail experience in crop protection or seed industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time within territory.
• Strong knowledge of agronomics and pest management trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and colleagues.
• Solid business acumen and ability to understand pricing and volumes.
• Ability to work independently with strong planning and organization.
• Offers flexible work options to support work and personal needs.

Mansioni

• Achieve sales, profit, and market share targets within the district plan.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the territory.
• Serve as primary liaison for channel partners and retail accounts in the territory.
• Create demand and ensure customers are informed about Syngenta products.
• Act as steward of the portfolio and manage field issues with Agronomy.
• Manage operating budget, selling expenses, and marketing funds within guidelines.
