Qualifications

• Candidate must reside in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide access to a broad portfolio of hybrids.
• Recruit, develop, and manage a team of professional resellers.
• Engage in consultative selling and build trust with customers.
• Deliver plans and offers through channel partners.
• Create demand and educate customers on Syngenta solutions.
• Coach Seed Advisors on product placement for satisfaction.
• Manage district budgets and marketing funds within guidelines.
• Develop territory business plans and Seed Advisor plans to grow sales.
