About the Role

We are supporting our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company, in the search for a Regional CRM Manager to help drive the evolution of their next‑generation CRM platform. Our client is maintaining and optimising a complex, global CRM environment while preparing to move to a future‑ready solution leveraging the latest digital and AI capabilities. Due to expanding scope and workload, they are looking for an experienced CRM professional who can own key CRM capabilities, manage data processes, and play a pivotal role in the design and roll‑out of the future platform. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with strong Veeva and/or Salesforce experience in pharma who enjoys combining technology, data, operations and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and develop CRM capabilities
  • Gather, challenge and align business requirements across your domains to support asset and brand strategy execution.
  • Develop a deep understanding of commercial and medical business processes and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
  • Lead CRM data & data quality processes
  • Work closely with Master Data Management teams to optimise automated data flows for current and future CRM platforms.
  • Act as the business owner for the connector with a global external customer database, ensuring data completeness and integrity.
  • Oversee the assignment of “Products” to CRM users to ensure accurate product visibility and high‑quality documentation of interactions with HCPs and other stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver CRM training
  • Create and continuously improve CRM training content for different user groups.
  • Enable Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across Europe and Intercontinental regions who act as local/regional trainers.
  • Act as a key interface to vendors and stakeholders
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for external CRM vendors and internal teams (including cross‑functional asset teams, Learning & Development, IT, Operations and Data & Reporting).
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication on objectives, timelines and deliverables, and help drive alignment across the organisation.
  • Shape the future CRM solution
  • Play a central role in transforming the current CRM environment into a future‑oriented platform that leverages the latest digital and AI capabilities.
  • Contribute to solution design, process transformation and go‑live readiness to ensure a smooth and successful transition for end users.
Requirements
Education & Background
  • Master’s degree (preferred) or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Solid experience working with CRM solutions in pharma, ideally at regional or multi‑country level.
  • Hands‑on experience with Veeva and/or Salesforce in a commercial / medical / field force context.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of core CRM functionalities and how they support commercial and medical strategies.
  • Proven project management skills– able to prioritise, plan and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and gain buy‑in from senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working cross‑functionally and across countries.
  • Proactive, “can‑do” attitude, comfortable working in an agile and evolving environment.
  • Experience in or exposure to AI‑driven solutions is an advantage, but not essential.
