Monks is seeking a highly motivated CRM Project Manager to join our NAMER team, delivering CRM platform implementations and managed services for global clients. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and hours, and ensure effective communication among internal and external stakeholders.

As the primary delivery lead, you’ll guide project plans, milestones, and governance, while coaching team members and driving continuous PMO improvements. A flexible, return-to-office policy applies.

Competenze

• 5+ years of project management experience in CRM and enterprise platform implementations or CRM managed services.
• Ability to lead multiple work streams or multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
