Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CRM Project Manager based in the United States.

The CRM Project Manager will lead the successful delivery of CRM platform implementations and managed services for global clients. This role combines client relationship management, project planning, budget oversight, and cross-functional team coordination. You will manage projects of varying complexity, ensuring that deliverables, timelines, resources, and expectations remain aligned. Working closely with technical specialists and client stakeholders, you will guide projects through every stage of the delivery lifecycle, from onboarding and discovery to development and final delivery. You will also contribute to process improvements, project governance, and the continued development of CRM service offerings. This is an opportunity to take ownership of meaningful client engagements while supporting high-performing, internationally distributed teams.

Accountabilities
  • Serve as the primary client contact following the pre-sales handoff, leading engagements, facilitating meetings, and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead multiple small- to medium-sized projects with low to moderate complexity, or manage a higher-complexity project on a fully allocated basis.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, track milestones and allocated hours, and oversee budgets and delivery progress.
  • Communicate project status, risks, issues, and dependencies clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, consultants, data analysts, and lifecycle strategists, ensuring alignment with project objectives and delivery standards.
  • Identify discrepancies between discovery requirements and signed Statements of Work (SOWs), assess scope and assumption gaps, and propose structured resolutions, including Change Requests when needed.
  • Own execution across the five core delivery phases: Onboard, Discover, Design, Develop, and Deliver, ensuring that milestone exit criteria are met.
  • Manage client escalations effectively, involving senior internal stakeholders when additional support or decisions are required.
  • Provide actionable feedback to project team members and, where applicable, support their professional development through direct leadership.
  • Monitor team capacity, resource availability, and cross-functional dependencies to anticipate delivery challenges and mitigate risks.
  • Maintain standardized project documentation and governance tools, including RAID logs, Decision Trackers, JIRA boards, and shared repositories.
  • Follow established PMO processes, contribute feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement, and support consistent project management practices.
  • Communicate service capabilities and value propositions to clients while contributing to practice development, thought leadership, training, and industry events.
  • Stay informed about project management methodologies, professional development opportunities, and relevant market trends.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant project management experience in CRM and enterprise platform implementations or CRM managed services.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously or coordinating projects involving several workstreams.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience organizing and facilitating structured project kickoffs, discovery workshops, stakeholder meetings, and formal SOW gap reviews.
  • Ability to oversee small, cross-functional teams, monitor resource capacity, and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, scope alignment, milestone tracking, and delivery governance.
  • Familiarity with JIRA or comparable project management platforms and the ability to maintain clear, consistent project documentation.
  • Ability to learn independently and pursue relevant professional certifications, accreditations, and platform credentials.
  • Flexibility to work hours aligned with the NAMER region, with priority given to Eastern Time (EST).
Additional qualifications that are considered an advantage:
  • Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Salesforce Administrator.
  • Experience managing vendors and integrating third-party partners into project delivery.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools, including complex JIRA workflows and reporting.
