We are seeking an experienced and results-driven CRM Project Manager to lead CRM implementation projects while serving as a trusted advisor to clients. This role combines project management, CRM consulting, solution design, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery of CRM initiatives and outstanding client experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM platforms, project management, and client-facing consulting, with the ability to manage multiple projects from discovery through implementation and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Consulting & Client Engagement

• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business requirements, workflows, and objectives.
• Analyze business processes and recommend CRM solutions that align with client goals.
• Deliver CRM solution demonstrations and presentations across platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, and Pipedrive.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on CRM strategy, process optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Assist with project scoping, solution recommendations, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic consulting.
• Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to support business growth and client success.

Project Management & Implementation

• Manage end-to-end CRM implementation, migration, customization, and optimization projects.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with consultants, developers, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project execution.
• Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, and stakeholder reviews.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and scope changes while implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
• Support user adoption through training, documentation, and change management activities.
• Oversee post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

CRM Operations & Process Improvement

• Monitor CRM performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Support CRM governance, data integrity, and system administration activities.
• Track project KPIs, client satisfaction, and implementation outcomes.
• Recommend automation and process improvements to drive operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience managing CRM implementation, SaaS, or technology projects.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, or similar systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong client-facing consulting and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or related project management certification.
• Experience with CRM integrations, workflow automation, and reporting tools.
• Background in business process improvement and digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with SaaS implementation methodologies and best practices.
• Experience working directly with US-based clients.
