Qualifications

+5 years of experience in Project Management roles, successfully leading Salesforce projects.
+3 years of experience participating in end-to-end CRM implementation processes.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Proven experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM) and Jira.
Professional proficiency in English (Medium-High level).

Responsibilities

Drive and oversee delivery of assigned projects within time, cost, and quality constraints.
Provide pre-sales support: solution design, estimation, planning, and client expectations.
Assign and supervise team tasks, manage vacations and absences.
Monitor progress, ensure deadlines, scope, and budget adherence.
Lead project demos and client communications; manage risk and changes.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and capture lessons learned.
