Job summary

CRH is seeking a Salesforce CRM Project Manager to lead large software implementations and drive organizational change across global manufacturing units. You will coordinate with executives, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver value through process, people, and technology and ensure alignment with standards and controls.

The role supports a remote work model but requires proximity to the Atlanta Perimeter area for occasional in-person meetings and collaboration with the corporate office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing large software projects, preferably Salesforce or CRM.
• Hands-on Salesforce implementation experience.
• Experience managing third-party vendors or consultants.
• Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems to drive organizational change.
• Strong communication, business and IT acumen.

Responsibilities

• Project management of large Salesforce software implementations.
• Develop and manage project scope, timeline, and procurement.
• Drive project execution ensuring quality, accuracy, and completeness.
• Lead change management across multiple business units.
• Monitor vendor KPIs and socialise project scorecards.
• Manage RIDAC risks, issues, decisions, actions, changes and mitigation.
• Handle change control and communicate scope impacts clearly.
• Attend meetings as a representative and track follow-ups.
