Job summary

Baptist Children's Homes of North Carolina, Inc. is seeking a part-time Connections Coordinator to be the first contact for people engaging BCH’s digital outreach and events.

You will work from a remote home office with a consistent 15–20 hour schedule, use HubSpot and approved scripts to understand interests, and hand off qualified inquiries to the right BCH team. Responsibilities include inbound response, outbound event promotion, donor and attendee engagement, CRM maintenance, and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year in customer service or related role.
• Ability to work from home with quiet workspace and reliable internet.
• Willingness to travel to Thomasville, NC once a month for team day.

Responsibilities

• Respond to digital inquiries via HubSpot within one business day.
• Qualify inquiries using approved scripts and questions.
• Route qualified inquiries to appropriate teams and log details in HubSpot.
• Coordinate with Advancement, Events, and Church Mobilization teams for outreach and events.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare weekly reports.
