Job summary

Baptist Children's Homes of North Carolina is seeking a Connections Coordinator to be the first touchpoint for BCH’s digital outreach. You will use HubSpot and BCH scripts to understand interests, answer questions, and route inquiries to the right team.

You’ll also support outbound event invitations, donor communications, and church engagement with careful handoffs. The role emphasizes CRM accuracy, rapid responses, and teamwork with the Advancement and Marketing Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience and hospitality mindset.
• Strong communication via phone, email, and text.
• Excellent organization and record-keeping in CRM.
• Ability to follow scripts and processes while sounding natural.

Responsibilities

• Respond to digital inquiries via HubSpot within one business day.
• Qualify leads using approved scripts and route to internal teams.
• Support event invitations, follow-ups, church engagement, and donor communications.
• Maintain accurate contact records and weekly activity reports.
