Job summary

Baptist Children’s Homes is seeking a Connections Coordinator to be the first touch for BCH’s digital inquiries, events, and donor communications. You’ll use HubSpot, scripts, and a CRM to understand interests, route leads to the correct team, and support church engagement and outreach in coordination with the Advancement team.

This part-time, fully remote role includes one in-person team day each month in Thomasville, NC, with equipment provided and mileage reimbursement per BCH policy.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in customer service or related roles.
• Ability to work from home with reliable internet and quiet space.
• Proficient in CRM usage with accurate records.
• Willingness to travel monthly to Thomasville, NC.
• Strong follow-up and script adherence.

Responsibilities

• Respond to digital inquiries via HubSpot within one business day.
• Use approved scripts to identify interests and qualify leads.
• Route inquiries to appropriate internal teams with clear handoffs.
• Record conversations and lead details in HubSpot.
• Coordinate event invitations and donor communications with Advancement.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and generate weekly reports.
