Baptist Children's Homes of NC, Inc. seeks a Part-Time Assistant Manager to support the Manager in the daily operation of the Kennedy Home Greater Vision Outreach Center.

Responsibilities include client advising, warehouse and marketplace operations, visitor supervision, inventory control, and coordinating food donations. The role works closely with churches, donors and community partners to advance the ministry's mission, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and software used to enter and maintain client information.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends.
• Meets general qualifications for employment as outlined in the institution's personnel policies.
• Must have a valid N.C. driver’s license, safe driving record, and travel to agency locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager with daily operation of Kennedy Home Greater Vision Outreach Center.
• Advise clients and coordinate warehouse operations and food-donation activities.
• Supervise visitors and maintain safety, inventory, and reporting.
• Build relationships with churches, nonprofits, donors, and community partners.
