Job summary

Baptist Children's Homes of North Carolina is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager to support the Manager at the Kennedy Home Greater Vision Outreach Center. You will advise clients, supervise visitors, and help manage warehouse operations, inventory, and safety protocols, while partnering with churches and donors to advance the ministry.

• HS diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and software used to enter and maintain client information.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and nonverbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager with daily operations of the outreach center.
• Advise clients and maintain Charity Tracker records and referrals.
• Oversee warehouse and marketplace operations and inventory control.
• Supervise visitors and coordinate safety, reporting, and community engagement.
• Build relationships with churches, donors, and community partners.
