Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Sales, Revenue, or CS Operations professional for a remote contract role. You will optimize CRM workflows, data accuracy, reporting, and revenue operations across SaaS environments, partnering with sales and customer success teams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on CRM configuration experience, proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot, and a track record of integrating revenue tools beyond the CRM.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or CS Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong communication and data/reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Manage revenue tools including quoting, billing, ticketing, and project management systems.
• Build and optimize sales and customer success workflows.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting across connected systems.
• Identify and resolve operational or policy-related challenges.
• Create clear documentation, reports, and process guidelines.
• Support system adoption and operational improvements.
