Job summary

SaidGig seeks a hands-on CRM and sales operations expert to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems by reviewing real-world CRM workflows across Salesforce, HubSpot, and other leading platforms.

You will document current practices, identify pain points, and provide examples and feedback that reflect CRM operations and sales enablement best practices, while annotating data to support AI training; prior AI experience is not required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hands-on CRM and sales ops.
• Expertise with Salesforce and HubSpot is required.
• Experience with automations and maintaining CRM data integrity.

Role Overview

Apply hands-on CRM and sales operations expertise to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. You will provide real-world input on CRM workflows, sales processes, automation, and customer relationship management practices, helping improve how AI models reason and perform. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate CRM workflows, sales processes, and automation logic across Salesforce, HubSpot, and other leading platforms.
• Document current sales operations practices and identify pain points and process-improvement opportunities.
• Contribute real-world examples, scenarios, and feedback that reflect CRM operations and sales enablement best practices.
• Review, analyze, and annotate CRM data, records, and user interactions to support AI training objectives.
• Assess and validate AI outputs for accuracy and alignment with real sales operations practices.
• Support the creation and review of CRM documentation, training materials, and process guides.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on CRM and sales operations experience.
• Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Experience optimizing sales processes, implementing automations, and maintaining CRM data integrity.
• Strong analytical, process-mapping, and detail-management skills for complex business workflows.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for producing documentation and actionable feedback.
• Experience providing feedback or training related to process improvement or software implementation is a plus.
• Experience with Close, Apollo, Salesloft, Intercom, Freshdesk, Shopify, Crayon, or Funnel is highly valued.
• No formal degree is required. Practical CRM expertise and platform fluency are the primary criteria.

Work Terms

Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

$40 to $80 per hour.
