Job summary

OVO Energy seeks an experienced CRM Manager to join the Growth Team and lead multi-channel CRM campaigns aimed at customer retention and activation. You will design, implement and optimise CRM programs with a data-driven mindset, collaborating with analytics and marketing to drive performance in a flexible hub-based environment.

The role offers a salary of £43,100–£50,000 with a 15% on-target bonus and 9% Flex Pay, plus comprehensive green benefits and pension options.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM and in developing marketing plans.
• Proficiency in the execution of email and direct mail campaigns.
• Experience forecasting of campaigns and the ability to develop business cases for proposed strategies.
• Ability to develop data driven customer contact strategies.
• Thrive in a performance marketing environment.
• Self-starter who can take action to deliver against a clear objective.
• Willingness to step outside of your comfort zone.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging and effective CRM programs.
• Drive data-driven decision making with valid tests and hypotheses.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align CRM strategies.
• Prioritise work and provide accurate updates to the Senior Manager.
• Improve campaign speed-to-market through process optimisation.
• Write best-in-class creative briefs for multi-channel campaigns.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery for campaigns across channels (data, email builds, call-centre readiness).
• Work with analytics to forecast activity and measure weekly performance.
• Design and execute rigorous Test and Learn programmes across CRM communications.
