Responsibilities

• Manage implementation processes, onboarding tasks, and ongoing support for customers integrating with Healthie's clinical technology partners.
• Serve as first-line technical support for customers using clinical integrations with a sense of urgency.
• Lead calls and screen-share sessions to troubleshoot onboarding and technical issues for providers.
• Collaborate with ClinOps Program Manager to write processes, policies, and documentation.
• Build cross-functional relationships to gather product feedback and improve the customer experience.
