• Perform and document discovery for new implementations.
• Build and configure best-practice workflows to meet client needs.
• Document gaps in product functionality using standardized processes.
• Document client interactions using standardized processes.
• Provide Go-Live support and product adoption.
• Travel up to 75%.
• Maintain subject matter expertise to complete assigned work.
