Job summary

Shiseido Americas is seeking a Manager of CRM & Digital Marketing to drive customer lifecycle programs across Shiseido, NARS Cosmetics and Clé de Peau Beauté. You will lead omnichannel CRM initiatives, leverage data to optimize acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth, and partner with agencies to maximize impact.

Qualifications

3–5 years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing or customer engagement
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
Experience with ESPs, CDPs, marketing automation and analytics platforms
Strong analytical skills including budget management and KPI reporting
Solid cross-functional collaboration skills
