Boomering Inc is seeking a detail-oriented CRM & Data Administrator for a short-term 3-month contract. The role focuses on cleaning and maintaining prospect and contact information across CRM systems, with emphasis on accuracy. The candidate will conduct online research and validate data across platforms.

The position supports large data volumes, requires meticulous attention to detail, and involves using HubSpot, SugarCRM, and Excel to ensure data integrity throughout the project.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM administration or data administration.
• Experience with CRM platforms; HubSpot and/or SugarCRM preferred.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar research tools.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and data validation abilities.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Review bounced emails and incomplete prospect records.
• Verify contact details and job titles across records.
• Update and maintain data across CRM systems.
• Research and validate information using LinkedIn and other sources.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and SugarCRM.
• Use Excel to track and cleanup data.
• Flag records needing review; follow data-quality standards.
