Contract

Title: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Platform Administrator

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Duration: 6 Months

Location Preference: Philadelphia preferred. Austin second. Seattle third.

Overview of job responsibilities

The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Platform Administrator is responsible for managing the global instance of our CRM platform. This is a critical role—ensuring that the platform is meeting the requirements of the sales organization and end-users. This is contract role.

Function Specific

• Responsible for platform stability and addressing any platform issues with Microsoft support
• Manage sales data quality—working closely with sales management to ensure that data is updated consistently and accurately
• Supports management reporting of sales activities
• Configures the platform as required to reflect business and reporting requirements
• Provides end-user support and training as required
• Effective working relationship with sales operations, the sales and lead generation teams, and sales management in the US and UK.
• Works with sales finance and marketing to provide critical information support business decisions and sales reporting

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification is required.

Knowledge/Experience

• Deep experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Admin and / or Developer
• At least 5 years’ experience focused on this platform.
• Worked in a medium or larger business to understand the pace of the job and address platform requirements in areas of reporting, data management.
• Has worked in an Eloqua / Microsoft Dynamics environment.
• Can be based remotely, but Austin or Philadelphia would be preferred.
