Job description

Duration: 5 months, with potential extension

Compensation: $17 - $21 per hour

What You'll Do

• Maintain a clean, organized CRM by ensuring accurate data, healthy pipelines, and consistent segmentation across regions.
• Streamline marketing and sales processes through HubSpot workflows, automated nurture sequences, and smart lead routing.
• Leverage Al tools, including HubSpot's native Al and GPT connectors, to enhance communication, reporting, and productivity.
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Familiarity with any CRM (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce a plus).
• Comfort with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and basic data concepts (properties, deduplication, segmentation).
• Clear written communication and strong attention to detail.

Nice to Haves

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, HubSpot Reports).
• Basic understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
• Awareness of data privacy and governance principles (e.g., GDPR, FERPA).
