Job summary

HNL Lab Medicine is seeking a senior IT architect to lead CRM, AI-enabled development, and web platform initiatives. You will own Salesforce, explore Dynamics, and guide modernizations across .NET, ReactJS, Angular, and Kentico.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or 10+ years of relevant experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and regulations.

Ability to work independently and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with full-stack development and integration technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead CRM Platform Architecture, Delivery, and Support for Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
Lead Web Application Architecture and Modernization using .NET, ReactJS, Angular, Kentico.
Lead ITSM Platform Capabilities including Zoho ServiceDesk Plus and process improvements.
Design and support enterprise integrations with databases, APIs, middleware, and platforms.
Provide technical leadership to onsite and offshore engineers and coordinate with vendors.
Drive engineering standards and SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and release management.
Utilize AI-enabled development practices to improve productivity and quality.
