Job summary

Remote Recruitment is hiring a CRM Administrator for a UK based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will own the CRM for a UK business, keeping data clean, automations running and reports trustworthy so the team uses them.

Key responsibilities include building workflows, maintaining lists and dashboards, and supporting user setup and training. Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho is preferred, with strong data hygiene and the ability to explain CRM processes clearly.

Qualifications

• Experience administering a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho.
• Ability to build workflows, lists and dashboards.
• Strong data hygiene practices including deduplication.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for imports and audits.
• Ability to explain CRM processes clearly to non-technical users.
• Nice to have exposure to marketing automation or email platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM data quality, deduplication and segmentation.
• Build and maintain lists, workflows and automated sequences.
• Create dashboards and reports for sales and marketing.
• Support user setup, permissions and training.
• Manage integrations between the CRM and other systems.
• Document CRM processes and keep them current.
