CarePoint Response, Inc. is seeking an experienced National Text & Chat Supervisor to lead crisis counselors delivering 988 Lifeline support.

This remote, part-time role requires guiding staff during high-risk situations, maintaining trauma-informed care, and ensuring service quality across shifts. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in counseling/psychology or equivalent crisis experience, plus 2+ years in crisis intervention and 1+ year of supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent crisis experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time supervision, de-escalation assistance, and guidance to Text and Chat counselors.
• Support staff development through onboarding, training, and ongoing feedback.
• Monitor interactions for quality, safety, and protocol adherence; ensure timely documentation.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling to ensure coverage across shifts.
