Job summary

Solari, Inc. is seeking a Crisis Specialist to receive, triage, and coordinate crisis and healthcare requests. You will assess and intervene to ensure safety, document interactions in the EHR, and promote resiliency and recovery in every contact.

The role emphasizes strong communication, clinical decision-making, and the ability to work remotely from Oklahoma, with access to ongoing training and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• bachelor’s degree requirement in behavioral health, substance use, or psychiatric healthcare-related field.
• Two years of experience in mental health or substance use field with high-risk/crisis management.
• Behavioral health professional preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, respond to, and triage crisis and healthcare requests; coordinate care and document in EHR.
• Deliver crisis assessment and intervention ensuring safety and escalation as needed.
• Provide health education and connect to community resources.
• Maintain documentation per policies and participate in trainings and supervision.
• Adhere to call center policies and perform other duties as assigned.
