Job summary

Solari is seeking a Crisis Specialist I who will receive, triage, and respond to crisis and healthcare requests. The role involves documenting interactions in an electronic health record, coordinating care, and promoting Solari's values such as safety and recovery.

Qualifications

• Minimum GED/High School diploma plus four years of full-time behavioral health work experience.
• Experience with call centers is preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicaid behavioral health and crisis services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming crisis and healthcare service requests across all contracts; coordinate care and resolve crises via calls, emails, text or chat.
• Demonstrate engagement skills to inspire hope and promote recovery.
• Screen and triage crisis requests using risk assessment to guide intervention.
• Use clinical assessment and intervention skills to resolve crisis or contact.
• Provide health education and community resources based on intervention.
• Participate in required trainings, supervision, and clinical oversight; maintain knowledge in behavioral health and crisis systems.
