Job summary

Solari, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor of Clinical Services to lead a crisis services team in a dynamic contact center.

The role focuses on clinical oversight, brief interventions, risk assessments, and trauma‑informed practices to ensure high-quality crisis support across the program. You will collaborate with center leadership on service delivery, training, and evaluating outcomes, while maintaining compliance and coaching staff to achieve performance goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a related field.
• Current AZ Behavioral Health License (LPC/LAC/LMSW/LMFT/LIAC/LAAC) OR out-of-state license with AZ endorsement.
• 5+ years of behavioral health experience.
• 2+ years of crisis intervention experience and 1+ year of supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision in a 24/7/365 contact center.
• Coach staff with timely guidance and feedback.
• Develop, review, and update crisis services and clinical policies.
• Monitor clinical and crisis KPIs and conduct audits for quality improvement.
• Coach and supervise team leads for effective call center management.
• Train new team leads, crisis agents, and peer support specialists.
• Implement trauma‑informed care practices across clinical oversight and policies.
• Collaborate with leadership on program delivery, training, and outcomes.
• Support rotating on-call clinical duties and real-time staffing.
