Formación

• Crisis help line experience and certification preferred.
• Background in crisis management/de-escalation, mental health and/or social services.
• Counseling or coaching experience.
• Empathetic listening with strong rapport in text-based chat.
• Experience using computer and web-based applications in a professional environment.
